“Many people with ADHD believe that being late and having ADHD are linked. It’s not that they don’t want to be on time, but their brains are wired differently, making it hard to estimate time and stick to a schedule.” https://www.theminiadhdcoach.com/living-with-adhd/adhd-being-late
The world stopped in 2020. Here we are, three years later (almost to the day) and COVID finally caught up with me. Again, escaping the trait of being late even covers pandemics..apparently.
Day 1 – Felt like crap. I had the flu maybe. But not Covid – because I never test positive. It was Covid.
Day 2 – Crappiness continued. A strange flu/cold hybrid with sore muscles, aches and coughing.
Day 3 – I felt great. I cleaned the bedroom. Then, that night, my body reminded me: YOU HAVE COVID. Coughing commensed.
Day 4 – My body played tricks on me. One hour, I’m coughing up a lung. The next hour, I feel like doing a workout. Not too long after that, I feel like passing out. Dang. What is going on?
Day 5 – (My last day of isolation). Let’s see what happens.
Having Covid has really put a major kink in my fitness and nutrition plans. All of the workouts I had planned for this week are out the window now. Stupid pandemic.
